Program Scope:
A one of a kind industry focused web app was developed to house all design intent drawings, technical specifications, artwork, and application guidelines of the environmental brand elements developed by Kraido for Wells Fargo. This initial tool was constructed using Drupal, an open source content management system. The front-end user experience was built using Bootstrap for a mobile-first, responsive framework in order to be accessed from any device.
With up to 6 vendor partners, and hundreds of team members working on global programs at any given time, the intent of this tool was to ensure the latest brand standards and fabrication specifications are documented and implemented correctly throughout the lifespan of the brand program.
Program Role:
As Program Product Manager, Ivria led a cross functional team throughout the design and development process, presenting weekly updates to client stakeholders. Understanding user needs through an in-depth interview process, informed decision making of the wireframe, and user authorization requirements that Ivria presented for client approval. Over 3000 assets were reviewed and approved as part of the robust program, showcasing brand elements for over 7 different Wells Fargo lines of business.
In response to positive client and user feedback, the product roadmap was duplicated and improved upon several years after the initial tool was shipped, offering an improved user experience.
Ivria hosted nation-wide training sessions as client representative for new product end users.
