Program Scope:

Ongoing refinements and maintenance of brand standards for Chevron and their fleet of offerings is essential to ensure quality control for their globally recognized brand. In addition to the parent company Chevron, their additional offerings including Delo, Havoline, Texaco, and Extramile convenience stores. Each of these offerings and their kit of parts is housed in a secure online management system, and requires ongoing adjustments and oversight.

In addition, new brand versions are rolled out within a 5-10 year cycle to help maintain a fresh look and feel with each brand offering.

Program Role:

Along with managing a team of in-house designers, Ivria provided ongoing progress and budget updates to Chevron stakeholders. In order to ensure the on-line management tool provided the most up to date information, Ivria collaborated directly with the product vendor partner to track the completion of customer utilization requirements.

During new brand versioning programs, Ivria would lead client communication and in-person presentations at their headquarters in San Ramon, CA. Working closely with senior leaders from each brand offering, Ivria delivered several dozen successful projects over 5 years.
